Channel Marketing Manager

eQHealth Solutions has a challenging full time opportunity for a Marketing professional. The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring lead-to revenue generation marketing programs for eQHealth commercial products through: marketing and awareness campaigns, event customer engagements, webinars and demonstrations, customer promotions, and relationship development.   The position will continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed programs, manage lead flow within the eQHealth CRM, and provide marketing reviews on a regular basis. This person will work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in marketing or similar field. Three (3) or more years of Healthcare IT solutions marketing experience; lead generation management and customer acquisition experience highly valued. Experience marketing via digital channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc…). Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Great attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Able to work independently and be flexible on projects in a fast paced environment. MS PowerPoint and Excel expertise a plus. Able to manage multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude. Position located in Baton Rouge, LA

IT QA Analyst


eQHealth Solutions is seeking a full time IT QA Analyst. The position participates in the full lifecycle of quality assurance projects.  All phases of the project from planning and analysis, to test execution, to defect tracking, to production validation are part of the job responsibilities. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;

Must have a strong background working in an Agile environment; 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing or related experience; an action/problem solving orientation; strong technical and testing skills; knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches and knowledge of SQL and database query tools.

The position is responsible for collaborating with developers and product development teams to create responsive and compelling user scenarios and corner cases; identifying, creating and executing application functions and regression test and test scenarios for validating requirements and user acceptance criteria; developing test data, executing test scripts and analyzing results and providing and managing Sprint QA task estimations within a scrum/Agile team. Software Developer

eQHealth Solutions seeks a Software Developer to be involved in the full lifecycle development of healthcare applications including software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis.  Duties include:

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or Engineering plus five (5) years of progressive experience in the Job Offered or as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or similar.  In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science of Engineering plus two (2) years of experience in the Job Offered or as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst or similar.  Experience, which may be gained concurrently, to include two years of full lifecycle application development using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.



Marketing/Communications Specialist

eQHealth Solutions, healthcare quality improvement company with operations in multiple states, has an excellent career opportunity for a marketing/communications specialist. The position will have a broad range of organization responsibilities that include assisting with creation of marketing pieces to enhance the company’s products in the marketplace and the company’s brand identification. The position will also be involved with the coordination of marketing and sales efforts and will assist the Communications Department.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or English with one to two years of marketing/PR or advertising experience.  Experience with design and layout of printed materials using Adobe Professional 8 or 9, Office 2007,  Adobe InDesign (CS 3 or 4) and Dreamweaver/Flash a plus.
